Welcome to the Hickory Strings website!
Boston-based Hickory Strings is an eclectic string band fusing elements of jazz, bluegrass, classical, and world music into a unique brand of modern American chamber music. The group is led by composer and multi-instrumentalist Geoff Brown and features original music arranged for an assortment of acoustic string instruments.

Hickory Strings welcomes new band member, Tev Stevig! Tev is an incredible musician and will be contributing his multi-instrumentalist talents on National steel guitar, Turkish oud, and several other plucked stringed instruments.
